The children in Year 3 have today been completing a Design and Technology project using pneumatics. The children were challenged to make a moving ‘scene’ using syringes and plastic tubing.
Everyday the left over fruit, apple cores and fruit peelings are composted in bins in the Early Years’ garden. Fruit composted last year has now been put into the Nursery Garden.
Today the children came to school wearing either big ears, big noses or big clothes. This was because the theme of the day was ‘The Big One’. The children brought in donations for red nose day and we raised the total of £160.79.
Some new Zoneparc players from Y5 have been appointed to lead games and activities on the playground at lunchtimes. Here are three of the players looking very official in their Zoneparc T shirts and Caps.
