We visited Leigh Environmental Centre . All the activities were linked to our topic in Geography on Water. The photographs show children carrying out experiments to filter water as well as finding out if substances were soluble or insoluble. The second photograph is of the water cycle. We found out ways to save water after surprising ourselves with just how much water we use each day.
We all had so much fun ice skating. Everyone kept falling over especially the teachers! We were much better than the teachers because we kept banging into them. At the end we were all disappointed because we had to go back to school and we’d had so much fun. I’m sure we all wouldn’t mind going again! by Emma Y6
