Year 4 have been developing their research skills to present a team project on Kenya. They selected and edited information from the internet on their Q1’s and presented what they had learnt in multi media forms. they also developed their team skills, all taking an important role in the project.
On the 23rd June the wind and strings orchestra (Years 4 and 5) had the priviledge of playing at the magnificent Bridgewater Hall. They were conducted by and played as part of the world famous Halle Orchestra. Children from schools around Salford, including The Deans, were delighted to be given this unforgettable experience.
Year 6 took part in a cricket match organised by Moorside High School at Moorside Cricket Club. They played three very close matches of Kwik Cricket against Moorside Primary School on a blazing hot day. Well done everyone!
