Here are some photos from this morning’s cross country races. It was a lovely morning for racing and the course included a few hills which really tested the children. Well done to everyone who turned up and took part!
Thank you to all the parents and carers who were kind enough to fill in our survey this term. We ‘persuaded’ over one hundred and twenty of you to let us know how you felt we are getting on.
I am extremely pleased with the results of the survey, but as always there have been some really useful comments and suggestions that we can have a look at to try and make things even better for you and your children.
Over the next few weeks we’ll be looking closely at your suggestions and seeing how we can take them on board!
As always if you have an idea that you think will improve things then just come and grab me on the playground or ring to have a chat.

On Saturday it was the first in a series of cross country running races. The even this week was held at Buille Hill park. Here are some photos of the event.

Today Year 5 have been on a visit to a Hindu Mandir. Have a look at the Year 5 blog for more information on what we got up to!
Today, The Deans was taken over by lots of strange looking characters in order to raise money for Children in Need. The theme this year was ‘Be a hero for Children in Need’ so the School Council decided that the whole school should dress up as superheroes!
Below are some photos to show the amazing costumes worn by the children and staff.
