This week we had a visit from a group of teachers from Kenya. It was the same area of Kenya that Mr Harris and Mrs Helps visited last year. The teachers visited Swinton to help strengthen links between Kitui in Kenya ans Salford. The visits were paid from a grant obtained from the British Council.
Mrs Muhammad, the headteacher from Central Primary School, spent 3 days in our school and worked with teachers to draw up plans to ensure that we work together on a number of curriculum projects.
